Shane Fielding, previously from IFS Insurance Solutions will take on the role at Hostplus after spending over a decade in senior roles at IFS.
Mr Fielding has spent thirty years in the life insurance sector, with roles at Mercer and AXA Australia until his most recent one as head of group life consulting services for IFS.
