Jessica Pomeroy has been appointed to the role after consulting for the company for around four years.
She has previously held a number of positions throughout the super industry, having been a business analyst for QSuper Group, project manager for MLC while working for QMV and an operations officer at Catholic Super. Prior to that she had been a business analyst at Mercer and compliance officer with UniSuper.
QMV legal partner Jonathan Steffanoni commented the appointment reinforced the approach QMV had adopted to providing legal and regulatory compliance services.
“Our existing team all have broad experience both in legal and business oriented roles and Jessica’s appointment continues our pragmatic approach to assisting clients with taking appropriate action based on expert legal advice,” Mr Steffanoni said.
“Jessica’s experience in working closely with large superannuation funds on compliance and regulatory projects makes her a great addition to the QMV legal team and more importantly to our clients.”
