Ann-Mary Rajanayagam will join JANA as head of technology and operations, with a focus on governance, process, and developing the consultancy’s digital strategy, including vendor management and business efficiency.

Ms Rajanayagam was previously program manager for equities, options, indices and bonds at the NYSE and has also held roles at JP Morgan Asset Management and NAB, where she was a senior business analyst for equities, derivatives, and structured products.
