James Curnow has taken the role, based in Sydney.
He was most recently a business development manager for BlackRock, where he was responsible for growth of its managed account services to the NSW advice market.
Previously, Mr Curnow was a wealth consultant for super and investments at BT.
He will report to head of sales, John Nicoll, who said the appointment reflects strong demand from existing and prospective adviser clients in the region.
“In the past year, Zenith has seen a notable increase in an adviser’s investable universe, and a dramatic increase in the use of managed account structures to access these options,” Mr Nicoll said.
“James’ appointment reflects our strong commitment to expanding our services to a growing client base in NSW and the ACT.”
