The financial and corporate communications consultancy has confirmed that Antonino Blancato will take on the role after first joining the company in 2012 as an intern.
FCR chairman Anthony Tregoning said he is delighted to welcome Mr Blancato to the board.
“During his nine years with FCR, Antonino has developed strong relationships with our clients, contributing value to their businesses through his extensive media network and strong account management skills,” Mr Tregoning said.
“Through harnessing these and applying energy and fresh perspectives, he will continue to play an active role in shaping the future of our business and help ensure its long-term success.”
Mr Blancato added: “I want to thank Anthony and the team at FCR for the opportunity to continue to grow my career as a communication consultant.
“I have learnt so much in the past nine years, and as a director I look forward to continuing to help grow the business and deliver exceptional service to clients for many years.”
