The real estate investment manager confirmed this week that Joe Vincent will join MaxCap Direct’s investment team as a director, where he will be responsible for creating new equity investment opportunties with joint venture partners and overseeing business in NSW and Queensland.
With over 20 years’ experience in real estate investments and development, Mr Vincent previously worked with Lendlease on projects in Australia, the US and Europe.
Meanwhile Leyla Sacks came on board last month as an associate director for Private Capital having previously worked in investment management and capital raising roles with brands like Human Financial and TD Securities in Sydney and London.
Former Westpac director Matthew Smith also joined MaxCap’s investment unit in June as a director reporting to NSW state director David Oudshoorn.
Mr Smith worked at the major bank for 15 years in its property division.
“These key appointments will complement the strength of our existing team,” Mr Oudshoorn said.
“We are delighted to be able to attract high quality candidates who bring outstanding experience in their areas of expertise. They will help us deliver a new phase of expansion for MaxCap in the NSW market.”
