The newly appointed partners include Jillian Reid, Chi Tran and Tricia Nguyen, who work across Mercer’s sustainable investments, workforce consulting and investments teams, respectively.
According to president, Pacific Region and CEO, Australia, David Bryant, the appointments demonstrate Mercer’s confidence in its growth prospects, and highlight the advantageous career pathways available to its people.

Ms Reid is a leader in Mercer’s global sustainable investments team and brings over 20 years’ experience across investment consulting and funds management.
Mercer Pacific’s head of market insights, data and analytics, Ms Tran is a senior HR consulting professional with more than 20 years’ experience in workforce compensation, benefits and analytics.
Ms Nguyen is head of Mercer Sentinel, Pacific, and has 20 years of experience in financial services.
