State Street Corporation has announced the appointment of John Venardos as managing director, portfolio solutions in Asia Pacific.
Mr Venardos will start with the company from 6 June in Sydney where he will support State Street’s growth strategy including expanding its APAC presence in transition and currency management, and execution and exposure solutions.
Mr Venardos most recently worked at Russell Investment Management as managing director, head of implementation, Asia Pacific, and is also a fellow member of FINSIA and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
James Woodward, head of portfolio solutions for State Street Global Markets in Asia Pacific, said the team was thrilled to welcome the new addition.
