Natixis Investment Managers has appointed Fabrice Chemouny as head of international distribution and Christophe Lanne as chief administration officer for asset and wealth management.
Mr Chemouny has more than 20 years of experience in asset management and was formerly Natixis’ head of Asia Pacific. He joined the firm from CDC IXIS Group in 2000.
At the global asset manager, he has held a number of roles, including executive vice president, head of international strategy and marketing, head of business development and affiliate coordination and executive vice president, global head of institutional sales.
In his new role, Natixis said that Mr Chemouny will oversee client and development activities across the EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions.
Meanwhile, Mr Lanne will oversee post-sales support activities for international distribution, as well as Natixis IM Solutions activities, alongside his existing responsibilities for global operations and technology, human resources and corporate social responsibility strategy.
Mr Lanne began his career in 1990 with Banque Indosuez (now Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank) and held a number of senior positions during his time at the firm, including CEO of Crédit Agricole Indosuez Securities Japan and head of global markets.
He joined Credit Suisse in 2005 as managing director and COO for France before moving to Natixis in 2010 as COO for corporate and investment banking. His previous roles at the firm have included chief risk officer, chief transformation and talent officer, and chief administration officer.
Both Mr Chemouny and Mr Lanne will report to Tim Ryan, head of asset and wealth management within Groupe BPCE’s global financial services and will continue to serve on the management committee of asset and wealth management.

The appointments of Mr Chemouny and Mr Lanne will be effective as of 1 March.
