The Bentham High Yield fund is the third Bentham fund now available on the ASX's mFund settlement service, with the global income fund and the syndicated loan fund becoming available last year.
Bentham managing director Richard Quin said the new fund will make global credit and fixed interest investments more accessible to investors.
"Advisers and investors are starting to recognise the diversification benefits and comparative return of the global credit asset class," Mr Quin said.
"Global high-yield bonds in particular are extremely popular in many overseas markets, yet overlooked by many Australian investors.
"The breadth of global high-yield bond issuers can add geographic, industry and capital diversification benefits for investment portfolios.
"Over time greater understanding and wider availability of credit products in Australia will contribute to the growing popularity of asset classes – like high-yield bonds – which have delivered a middle ground in risk and return between cash and equities," Mr Quin said.
