Financial services software provider IRESS has bought the last elements of Pathway from Netwealth.

IRESS acquired what remains of the Pathway business from Netwealth at the beginning of April.

The majority of Pathway – primarily made up of Xplan software specialist consulting and education and training functions – was sold to Catalyst Compliance in December 2016.

"We partner with dealer groups and advice businesses to identify appropriate AdviceTech solutions, deploy them and then give you ongoing support to help you build a stronger business," said IRESS in a new 'Pathway' section of its website.

Recently-listed Netwealth announced plans to sell Bridgeport and the rest of Pathway in September 2017.
