The group manages two vineyards in Western Australia's Margaret River region and is seeking the capital to purchase more agricultural land and raise capital to prepare two properties for vineyard establishment.
The trust may invest in listed and unlisted securities to supplement income.
The minimum investment is $5000 with a minimum term of five years.
Distributions are paid bi-annually, priced at $1 per unit, with expected returns of at least 8 per cent.
