Austock Group has hired a team of former Ord Minnett financial planners to its new financial planning division.
Joining Austock Financial Planning is a team of five including senior financial planners Carol Hay and Vince Novelli, as well as previous Victorian practice manager for Ord Minnett Financial Planning, John Short.
The commencement of the new Austock financial planning business continues the expansion of the company's retail advisory capabilities and growth strategy, according to Austock head of private clients Scott Young.

"John, Carol and Vince are a highly experienced and credentialed team who will add great depth to the growing talent pool at Austock."
The new planning division will provide full stockbroking, private portfolio management and intermediary broking services and commences operation on June 16, 2008.
