Axa has appointed three new regional development managers to expand its financial advice network and aims to significantly improve its capability and productivity.

"These appointments will give us a clear focus to ensure we continue our Financial Advice Network growth and maintain our position as a leader in the provision of quality financial advice to Australians," Axa national manager financial planning Paul Robertson said.

Axa is committed to growing and improving the productivity of its financial advice network, he said.

Bratt has substantial advice and sales experience from working at Westpac. He moved into financial planning in 1994 and has held senior roles at National Australia Bank (NAB) and Merrill Lynch.

To be based in Axa's Sydney office, Boston has worked in sales, management and product roles with NAB and State Trustees, and also looked after distribution and marketing for Centro Properties Group.
