Davies has more than 25 years' experience in the property industry covering funds management, property development, marketing and sales, and leasing.
Prior to his appointment, he was the Victorian state manager for listed fund and asset manager Valad Property Group.
He has also held senior roles in the Coles Myer property group and Multiplex.
"Scott's breadth of experience is well suited to lead our property funds management business and guide us through the current challenging market environment," Bennelong Group chief executive Alison Watkins said.
Davies replaces James Wilton, who resigned to pursue other challenges.
