Colonial First State (CFS) had an internal reshuffle to beef up its distribution to financial advisers.
Kylie Macfarlane was yesterday appointed to the role of head of retail business development.
She will be responsible for the overall management of CFS's national account strategy and retail business development teams.
The firm's former NSW state manager John Clothier has been appointed head of corporate super.
Matthew Webb was appointed to the new job of head of investment sales, working with the company's business development managers.
Webb has been with the company for eight years in various jobs.
Former financial adviser Aubrey Roga has been appointed as head of platform sales.
Roga was most recently national sales manager for the FirstChoice platform.
The appointments complete the management team, CFS general manager distribution Paul Barrett said.
"The quality of internal candidates for the roles was second to none. Not only do these people know the business we operate but they are literally the best in the market at this time," Barrett said.
