FSP has appointed a new remuneration and operations manager.

Financial Services Partners (FSP) has appointed Jan Fell as its new remunerations and operations manager, the ANZ-owned dealer group has announced.

In her new position as operations and remunerations manager, Fell will be responsible for managing adviser payments, assisting new advisers to transition to FSP, as well as managing day to day outsourcing, and general office IT and office requirements.

Fell will report to chief operating officer Tushar Kale and succeeds Corinne O'Mara.

Prior to joining FSP, Fell joined OnePath (formerly known as ING Australia) six years ago as part of its advice group.

She also managed the tandem commissions team before moving on to RI Advice Group, another ANZ-owned dealer group, as the team leader of brokerage.

Fell managed that team for four years before moving to FSP.

Meanwhile, in November FSP announced that it had created two new roles to bolster its research offering to member firms appointing David Woods senior manager of research and investment, and Claudia Mah research manager.

Prior to that, FSP hired Allan Crane in August as its national recruitment manager.

At the time, FSP chief executive Geoff Rimmer said the group was looking to make a number of new appointments to ensure good resources were in place to support the organisation's advisers with the changes ahead.
