Matrix presents a new structure, with a reshuffle of senior management within the dealer group.

Matrix Planning Solutions (Matrix) has restructured its operations, after members turned down the option of publicly listing the company 12 months ago.

Matrix has taken the time to address the right structure for its future, Matrix executive chairman Pieter Franzen said.

The new structure includes a reshuffle of co-executive directors Rick Di Cristoforo, Allison Dummett and Atit Rungta.

The new arrangement will see former marketing and development executive director Di Cristoforo promoted to managing director, with research and risk management functions now directly under his control.

Di Cristoforo has been part of the Research Committee for almost five years, and the move signifies the importance of providing strategic advice, investment and research functions to advisers and clients, the dealer group said.

Founding managing director Dummett, whose most recent role was Prospera sales and strategy executive director, will move into the newly-created role of adviser services and development director.

The integration of the new Matrix-exclusive Prospera Leadership Strategies software into Matrix's practices will be a key aspect of Dummett's role.

Rungta will continue in the role of operations and strategic alliances executive director.

Geoff Martin will assume the role of practice development general manager, working with businesses on professional development, succession and equity transfer.

Prospera creator and developer David Dye has been promoted to Prospera executive director, and company secretary John Morris will also take on extra duties in the area of risk management.
