Harris will be responsible for the performance and attribution calculations and analysis of the various options on the Matrix approved product list.
He has more than eight years' industry experience. His previous roles include Westpac product and research analyst, IQ-EQ paraplanner and most recently ipac advice capability consultant.
Harris will support Matrix managing director Rick Di Cristoforo and work alongside research services manager Olympia Dimitriou.
