Investment consultant Mercer has appointed Jennifer Johnstone Kaiser as head of research for Australian and New Zealand property.
Kaiser joins from Pinnacle Property Group where she managed the property investment programs for a number superannuation funds.
She has also worked at MCS Property, property firm K.L. Dowling and US based property company Vistar Financial
"Jennifer has extensive experience in reviewing and monitoring property investments and advising institutional investors on value-adding strategies. She comes to us with an excellent reputation in the industry", said Mercer's Asia Pacific head of manager research, Marianne Feeley.
Kaiser will initially be based in Mercer's Melbourne office, and will relocate to Sydney during 2007.
