Financial services group Strategy Steps has appointed high profile technical expert Jennifer Brookhouse to the role of director as the firm looks to grow its client base, particularly in the area of aged care.
The appointment will put the group in an even stronger position to cater to the growing needs of its client base, which includes large dealer groups, smaller one-to-three person practices as well as fund managers.
Brookhouse takes up the position alongside Strategy Steps founders Louise Biti and Assyat David. She will be responsible for providing technical support on the financial planning aspects of superannuation, taxation, social security and estate planning.
"Strategy Steps will be able to expand capabilities so that the team has greater capacity to support an increasing number of clients as well as expand current services, particularly in the area of aged care," David said.
Brookhouse brings to the company more than 16 years of experience within the financial services sector, including her role as ING national technical manager and her latest role as Zurich Financial Services head of technical services.
Strategy Steps specialises in the delivery of financial planning strategies designed to improve quality of advice.
