Yellow Brick Road to expand financial services

Partnership with Run Property to provide additional advice

Yellow Brick Road will be providing financial and property services to RUN Property as its wealth management division sees rapid expansion.

Under the new partnership, RUN will distribute Yellow Brick Road financial products and services to more than 40,000 of its clients across the eastern seaboard of Australia.

"Property investors need a strategic plan that will see them through the duration of their investment - an end-to-end solution that starts at the pre-approval process and goes right through the management of the property once it is tenanted," Yellow Brick Road executive chairman Mark Bouris said.

"The partnership between Yellow Brick Road and RUN will enable us to put investors in the best possible loan for their situation, find the right insurances to protect them and their investment, and make sure that their plan achieves the best possible return."

RUN referrals to Yellow Brick Road have already begun in Sydney and Brisbane, with expansion to Melbourne slated to launch in February of next year.

A further referral program, which will see Yellow Brick Road offer RUN's property management service, has been trialling in Brisbane and Sydney and will be rolled out across the eastern states in the first quarter of 2013.

RUN has said the partnership will give clients a more holistic solution through the entire process of property sale.

"RUN has develop a solution that will give Yellow Brick Road clients a co-branded offering, so their client's landlord statement will contain the Yellow Brick Road logo and broker details, meaning the service platform will be seamless for all parties," RUN chief executive Rob Farmer said.

"Their clients will also have access to RUN's unique property tracker iPhone and android application, which is a first of its kind."
