With FOFA reforms on the horizon, Zurich has looked to evolve its multi-channel strategy. McCormack will be responsible for broadening the direct footprint and strengthening the integration of direct with Zurich. In her new role she will report to Phillip Kewin, general manager of retail life and investments. McCormack joins Zurich from CommInsure, where she spent six years as head of direct distribution. Most recently, she worked as CommInsure’s executive manager, scaled advice, leading the company’s multi-channel distribution strategy.
