As Elixir's fifth business coach, he will focus on speaking services and corporate consulting within the finance industry as well as coaching. At Forte, he will have an M&A consultant role. In both positions, Pritchard will focus on the Perth and Melbourne branches. His experience includes chief executive roles at three other strategic advisory and wealth management practices; in management consulting; and in practice, both as a chartered accountant and certified financial planner. Commenting on the industry's continuing growth, Pritchard said "the financial advisory industry in Australia will see some tremendous success stories emerge as the industry works through the change required by the operating environment of the past five years."
