National Australia Bank wealth management arm MLC has appointed three former Axa employees to its retirement solutions team.
MLC has appointed Shaune Egan as head of segment management, Stuart McGregor as manager of pricing and risk analysis and Joachim Lumbroso as manager of hedging and risk reporting.
Egan's most recent role was Axa head of integration for the sales, marketing and advice stream. He was also involved in the development of Axa's suite of investment and retirement products.
McGregor joins MLC from the Axa North risk management team, where he was manager of pricing and risk analysis.
Lumbroso was head of hedging services in Asia for Singapore-based Axa Hedging Services.
The MLC retirement solutions team was established in February 2011 with the appointment of Andrew Barnett.
"MLC recognises that the needs of pre- and post-retirees are unique, and that this demographic is increasingly important. These appointments demonstrate MLC's commitment to leading innovation in the retirement space and we'll continue to build the team as we develop our offering," Barnett said.
