The latest release of Visor Desktop will assist with compliance with the Future of Financial Advice (FOFA) reforms, including new fee disclosure fields and the capacity to assign service packages to client segments.
New reports and reporting filters for client opt-in and other services are also included in the updated Visor package.
The improvements come as Macquarie launches Visor Lite, designed to help advisers access client records, portfolio balances and transaction histories from a browser or a tablet device.
Changes made on Visor Lite are designed to integrate directly with desktop software back at the office.
