Colonial First State Global Asset Management will enhance its global equities team with the posting of Katharine O'Donovan to the role of group global financial services specialist.
The former Credit Suisse Asset Management European speciality financials analyst will report to Colonial First State Global Asset Management head of global equities, Habib Subjally.
In her role O'Donovan will focus on global financial companies along with fellow global financial services specialist, Vincent Houtteville.
O'Donovan, who has 20 years' experience in this sector, joins from Credit Suisse Asset Management in London where she was European speciality financials analyst.
Prior to this, O'Donovan held financial analyst roles at BT Alex Brown / NatWest Securities and Hoare Govett in London.
