Australian financial advisers have voted Macquarie financial services' platform as first in the industry when it comes to services.
According to Wealth Insights/ASSIRT Service Level Awards, advisers voted the Macquarie Adviser Services the number one service provider in the categories of best fund manager and best master trust/wrap.
Commenting on the win, Macquarie Adviser Services head Neil Roderick said: "This is an indication to us that all aspects of our service offering are working together as we continue to consult with our clients to ensure that we operate at an increasingly high standard."
Other providers to fare well were Asgard, with its Elements option taking second place, and the Asgard eWrap and Colonial FirstChoice tied for third.
AMP Capital Investors and Colonial First State were voted in second and third spot in terms of fund manager rankings.
The survey, which is in its 15th year, was based on the opinions of 900 financial advisers who rated both platform providers and fund managers on over 30 different service features that are regarded as important to them.
