Maxim Asset Management has launched a new investment that invests in a blend of Australian listed and unlisted property securities.
The new product, the Maxim Diversified Property Fund, has a minimum investment of $10,000 and has been seeded with $5 million.
The fund will provide access to a number of wholesale products otherwise not generally available to retail investors.
Maxim also manages the Maxim Property Securities Fund, which returned 26 per cent in 2006/07.
