Mercer Human Resource Consulting has changed its name as part of a move to streamline the business..
The New York-based global investment consultant will now be known simply as Mercer.
But its Australian and New Zealand retail businesses, Mercer Wealth Solutions will remain unchanged.
"We've moved away from sub-brands, such as Mercer Investment Consulting and Mercer Global Investments, to more clearly articulate our work with clients in the areas of consulting, outsourcing and investments," Mercer region head for Asia Pacific Peter Promnitz said.
The name change comes as the group's Asia Pacific business achieved the highest rate of revenue growth (10 per cent) within the business in the six months to June 2007.
