WHK Group has increased its total acquired revenue to $8.8 million after striking a number of acquisition deals.

Financial services firm WHK Group has increased its total acquired revenue to $8.8 million after striking a number of new acquisition deals.

The listed aggregator has purchased a New South Wales chartered accounting firm, a Victorian broking business and two parcels of accounting fees totalling about $800,000.

The accounting firm, Ivey ATP, has annual revenue of about $1.3 million, and will be merged with member firm WHK Darcy Kennedy.

The deal involves the payment of cash and the issue of about 50,000 WHK Group shares.

The broking firm, Gippsland Corporate Centre, will be merged with WHK Armitage Downie's existing Bairnsdale office.

The two fee parcels were purchased for cash by WHK's New Zealand member firms.

WHK has made more than 20 acquisitions in the past 12 months.
