The new program will be officially launched at the CeBIT Australia exhibition held from 12 -14 May in Sydney.
The program is designed to manage business processes through a flow-chart system. It also enables users to create web-based forms, whose layout can be adjusted without the need for programming.
It also offers integration with Microsoft Outlook and synchronises meetings, tasks and contacts, even when the computer is not connected to the Internet.
The company is in the process of renaming the system to CRM Total Enterprise.
"We didn't really have a name for it and this is just a much better name," a company spokesperson said.
