AMP Capital has appointed Margaret Payn as chief financial officer.
The appointment comes after finance director Jim Dawson announced last year he would be leaving AMP Capital in late February.
Ms Payn, who has 20 years' experience leading finance, strategy, operations and risk functions, will oversee AMP Capital's finance operations across the company's global operations.
In the past three years, Ms Payn has worked with Suncorp, Westpac and Lloyds International, driving capital, productivity and finance initiatives.
Between 2006 and 2009, she worked at ANZ in a number of roles, including group managing director, strategy and marketing.
AMP Capital's managing director, Stephen Dune, said Ms Payn would be a valuable addition to the team.
"[Ms Payn] joins us at a time when we're expanding internationally and deepening our investment capabilities while driving for efficiency in everything we do," he said in a statement.
