Robyn Perkins will take on the role of managing director, people risk solutions, Aon has announced.
Ms Perkins will be responsible for the strategic direction of the business. In particular she will be helping client organisations better understand and manage the links between wellness, productivity, organisational performance and risk.
Ms Perkins has worked with the management of workers' compensation, human resources and people risk for 25 years. She has been with Aon for 13 years.
In the past eight years, Ms Perkins has been head of workforce risk solutions. She was instrumental in developing Aon's market-leading Workers' Compensation and Workforce Risk businesses.

"Robyn not only has extensive experience in delivering strategic advice and assistance regarding workforce and people risk to some of Australia's largest organisations, she also has a strong personal commitment to what she does and a level of passion and vision for the work that is infectious," he said.
