Private investment firm Wealth Within has appointed former Norwich Union Navigator director Denis Celata as its new managing director.
Mr Celata was also previously international general manager of Professional Investment Holdings, and was a founding shareholder and director of financial planning multi-office franchise business Financial Focus Australia.
He was also founding director of iAcquire, a specialist buyer's and seller's advocate of businesses and off-the-plan property investments to Australian and international investors, Wealth Within stated.
"Wealth Within has, for the past five years, been building an innovative software solution that will revolutionise the financial services industry in how products and services are delivered to customers," said Wealth Within co-founder and chief analyst Dale Gillham.
He said with Mr Celata's exposure in Asia, his contacts, referral sources and business opportunities are increasingly originating from that area. "This also had obvious appeal to us," Mr Gillham said.
Referring to the new software offering, Mr Celata said Wealth Within has developed "the next revolution in platforms, which we call an interactive networking solution.
"They are years ahead of what the industry wants and needs, and yet we will be rolling this out in the next few months."
