Centuria Property Funds has appointed Victor Georos as senior portfolio manager, the latest of a series of high-profile hires by the company.
Parent firm Centuria Capital previously appointed Nicholas Collishaw as chief executive of listed property funds.
Jason Huljich, Centuria Property's current chief executive, said of the most recent appointment: "Victor has a proven record of adding value to investment portfolios and has delivered numerous major development projects. We are confident that his expertise and experience will be an asset to the team."
Mr Georos is an experienced property manager who was previously employed at the group GPT.
In his new role, he will develop strategies to maximise returns on the company's portfolio and will be reporting to David Govey, head of assets.
