Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) has appointed new chairpersons for Australia and New Zealand, and welcomes 10 new Australian members to the global organisation.
MDRT has appointed Stuart Farrell as Australian chair, and Warren Borlase to the New Zealand position.
MDRT also welcomed 10 new first-year members in Australia and two in New Zealand.
"MDRT members are acknowledged for their commitment and professional standing in the financial services industry," MDRT Oceania chairperson Beverly Carlyon said.
Australian first-year member Ellen Schafer qualified for MDRT's prestigious Top of the Table, distinguishing herself by producing at a level six times that of MDRT membership requirements.
Other Australian members Suzanne Miskell and Michael Williams have qualified for Court of the Table in their first year, earning three times the MDRT base production requirement.
MDRT is an international, independent association with nearly 40,000 members of the world's most successful life insurance and financial services professionals, from 476 companies in 76 nations and territories.
