Financial Wisdom now has 420 advisers in its ranks - an increase of 47 compared to the same period last year.
The dealer group attracts planners through referrals, recruitment programs and financial professionals' own inquiries.
"A lot of these people are new to the industry or are sub-authorised representatives," Financial Wisdom general manager Paul Barrett said.
"We've brought people out of accounting, universities [and] related industries [who] just needed the right opportunity to come into financial planning. [We] focus on building bridges between our profession and others."
Financial Wisdom had 200 practices across Australia and had its sights on 300, Barrett said.
