Principal adviser Peter Foley has branched out by establishing Agile Financial Services in North Sydney.
 
Foley was formerly at Pedersen Financial Services, a Matrix practice in Baulkham Hills, Sydney.

His industry career started in 1989 with Westpac Financial Services as a product manager in funds management.

Matrix Planning Solutions' practices have gained two new financial advisers Brendan Akeroyd has joined Collins Financial Group at Toowong, Brisbane, and Keren George has become licensed through The Payne Group in Adelaide.

The dealer group has also made two senior appointments. Robert Majerowski has joined Hunter Financial Planning in Newcastle as business operations manager.
 
Over the past three years, Majerowski delivered adviser support services with Colonial First State and later for BT.
 
His immediate role at Hunter has been in restructuring the group's financial planning process to ensure efficiency and advice quality.
 
Terry Scolari has been appointed general manager of Sunshine Coast-based Universal Financial Solutions after a 30-year career in senior banking jobs and financial planning.
