AustralianSuper chairman Elana Rubin has been appointed an independent non-executive director to the Tower Australia Group board following the retirement of John Spencer, with effect on November 30.
Tower Australia Group board of directors chairman Rob Thomas welcomed her extensive experience in the superannuation, investments and infrastructure.
Rubin was a director of Australian Retirement Fund from 1993 to July 1, 2006, when it merged with STA to form AustralianSuper.
Rubin is also a Bravura Solutions director and Victorian WorkCover Authority chairman.
