Female-focused advice business Superwoman is masterminding a comeback.

Female-centric financial services company Superwoman Financial Solutions (Superwoman) is shopping for staff ahead of a relaunch.

International Women's Day on March 8 will see the Sydney-based business aggressively re-enter the advice market.

Superwoman financial planning chief Kylie Grant and mortgage head Sue Warren will headhunt 10 financial planners and 20 mortgage brokers for its CBD centre.

The Superwoman team - Grant, Warren and marketing head Shari Mitchell - have been engineering the company's comeback since it was taken over by Millennium3 in June last year.

ING-owned Millennium3 joint managing director Barry Martin said new business would flow from its revamp.

"We are currently in the process of putting together more strategic alliances for two reasons - to supply more benefits to individual Superwoman clients and so our new advisers have access to good quality prospects," Martin told InvestorDaily.

Superwoman will apply for an Australian Financial Services Licence and will be managed by a board of directors.

Superwoman Financial Solutions Group went into voluntary administration in April last year following a dispute between the company's shareholders, Millennium3 and Superwoman founder Tim Harrison, after a six-month joint venture.

Creditors were owed $1.9 million. Business continued as usual during the two months of voluntary administration.
