Research house Standard and Poor's has given three-star ratings to the Challenger Hybrid Property Fund and the Infiniti Capital Fixed Income Fund.
The Challenger fund invests directly in retail, commercial, industrial and specialised properties in New South Wales and Victoria.
It also invests in listed and unlisted property.
The Infiniti fund invests in different fixed-interest hedge fund strategies with the aim of giving steady returns to investors while keeping capital value over the medium to long term.
