IQ Business Group has launched tools to help businesses adjust to changes.

Software solutions company IQ Business Group (IQ) has launched a range of tools designed to help organisations adapt to changing business environments. First targeted are businesses in Australia's $1 trillion superannuation industry.

The tools are designed to help these companies adjust to new laws, better technologies and different management and consulting operations.

"If two companies with different cultures were to merge then IQ would help them figure out how to make systems, software and staff knowledge uniform," IQ chief executive Graham Sammells said.

The tools are intended to increase company performance by reducing human errors, cutting training time, and online job support, he said.
