UBS Global Asset Management (UBSGAM) has boosted its client relationship team with two new hires.
The group appointed Anne Flockart as executive director, head of client relationship management and also added Veronika Dlouha to the client relationship team.
Flockart has 20 years of financial markets experience and has managed a $20 billion fixed income portfolio for the Reserve Bank of Australia.
She has also held the position of ABN Amro/BZW head of fixed income strategy.
Flockart will take overall responsibility for key institutional clients, UBS said.
Dlouha previously worked for PwC Prague in a corporate finance advisory role.
Both Flockart and Dlouha will be based in Sydney.
"We are delighted with these appointments, which reflect our ongoing commitment to developing and strengthening our premier product and client offering," UBSGAM head of global asset management for Australia and New Zealand Ben Heap said.Additionally, UBSGAM planned to make selective hires to its overall business over the next six to 12 months, a UBS spokesperson said.
