Innergi provides tools and resources for advisers to use with clients online in order to boost their knowledge of finance.
"We want to assist our planners to use technology and innovation to strengthen and expand their client service proposition," Fortnum executive chairman Ray Miles said.
Innergi was built over the past five years by co-founders Robert Skinner, who ran his own financial planning business, and Matt Linnert, who was also an adviser in the past.
