The application could help managers make quicker decisions on the recruitment of professional services staff.
"With so many professionals on the road these days, the need for instant access to the latest information on HR and employee benefit trends has never been greater," Towers Watson global head of talent and rewards Julie Gebauer said.
"We are excited to formally introduce our iPad application in response to this growing need."
The app, called TWGlobal50, is freely available and provides access to human capital trend data from around the globe, including planned pay increases, employee engagement levels, talent mobility rates and healthcare benefit costs.
"The app is designed so that users are able to take a screen shot and instantly email it to colleagues," the firm said.
Towers Watson expects to update and expand the application as clients begin to use it.
