Franklin Templeton Investments has boosted its private multi-manager real estate program with three appointments aimed at boosting its private multi-manager program.
Simon Seen Fun Mok has joined as a fund manager to cover the Asia Pacific region.
Luke Anderson becomes vice president to examine real estate investment opportunities in the Americas, while Toby Hayes was appointed an investment manager to cover Europe.
The new hires will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and monitoring private equity real estate investments in their respective geographic regions.
"These three new members of our team bring significant expertise to our clients globally and reflect the growing demand for investment expertise that the global economic recovery is presenting us today," Franklin head of real estate Jack Foster said.
Before joining Franklin, Mok was employed with AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corporation where he was responsible for global real estate funds product development, real estate valuation and portfolio management.
Anderson was formerly a GM Asset Management portfolio manager, and Hayes last worked at London law firm Allen & Overy LLP.
