MLC develops client needs tool

Wealth management firm MLC has developed a tool to help advisers better service their clients and identify potential client needs.

My Client Leads identified client trigger events, such as withdrawal of superannuation funds, and provided opportunities for advisers to make contact with a client to discuss a potential advice need, MLC & NAB Wealth executive general manager of advice and marketing Richard Nunn said. "It leverages life stages, regular events or circumstance changes to encourage contact with clients and kick off a further advice needs conversation," Nunn said.

The My Client Leads tool is available to advisers who use MLC platforms and insurance and the leads are refreshed every night.
