Ex-Herschel Asset Management fund managers Mark Burgess and Kristiaan Rehder would be majority shareholders in the unnamed boutique, Bennelong chief executive Jarrod Brown said.
"They have tremendous past performance, a robust investment process and are very highly regarded in the absolute return space. We look forward to building a quality asset management business together," Brown said.
