The managing director and co-founder of Oasis Asset Management (Oasis) has departed the group.
Wayne Lowe resigned from his post at the ING Australia-owned firm late last month.
"Wayne lives a distance from Sydney and has decided to accept a new role closer to home. He has made a significant contribution to both Oasis Asset Management and ING Australia," an ING spokesperson said.
"Much of the Oasis core management team is in place, as integration was completed last year. ING Australia continues to grow and invest in the Oasis wrap platform and recently opened new premises in Wollongong with a capacity to staff 600.
"We have experienced significant growth in the platform over the last 12 months. We wish Wayne well in his new career."
Oasis staffers Shanie Norris and Dave Madden will assume leadership roles until Lowe's replacement is found.
Lowe is one of the four founders of the wrap platform.
He took on the managing director role in 2005 after an internal move from his position as director of finance and product development.
